Good Morning Acadiana!
It’s official – Maw-Maw and I are going to be on Good Morning Acadiana on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving! We are going to promote RealCajunRecipes.com by doing a cooking segment on KATC’s morning show. I’m excited that its KATC because they are actually the one’s that coined the term "Acadiana." I don’t think many people know that story so I may share it with the audience while maw-maw cooks away.
My mom recently surprised me with this cute cute cute apron and hat with our mascot, Alphonse on it. We plan to wear similiar aprons on the show 
Like just about everyone, I’m really nervous speaking in front of people. I hope that I can get through the segments without too much stuttering.. this show is going to be live!

Hi, found you by accident. I am in the midst of writing a short story and next thing I know, my character’s is saying someting in cajun french - who knew! this happens to me when I write, but thing is, even thoughI lived in South Louisiana for 38 years, I do not know CF…I wanted a word in particular, and thru googling, came across your blog, so thought I’d take a moment to say hello, and good luck on learning CF, and ect!
